Quantinuum Introduces Nexus Roadmap for Fault-Tolerant Quantum Era

Quantinuum has unveiled its Nexus roadmap, creating a developer platform tailored for the fault-tolerant quantum era. The roadmap aligns with the launch of Apollo, a universal fault-tolerant quantum computer expected by 2029. Nexus will streamline error-correction encoding and facilitate seamless synergy between application development and Quantinuum hardware.

Since 2024, Nexus has evolved to support end-to-end quantum application development and deployment. It integrates cloud-based and on-premises resources, enhancing hybrid applications. Nexus aims to simplify error correction and deployment, fostering application scalability with advancing hardware capabilities.

With 200 organizations onboard, Nexus usage surged by 45% in 2026, and job submissions increased tenfold. Quantinuum's approach ensures hardware advancements translate to viable customer applications. Nexus bridges quantum algorithm design and deployment, crucial as quantum computing approaches fault tolerance at scale.
