Information on Lumibird shares and voting rights as of June 30, 2026

Lumibird, formerly known as QUANTEL, has published its share capital figures as of June 30, 2026. The total number of shares comprising the company's share capital is 22,466,882. Regarding voting rights, two figures are provided: an actual number of voting rights of 33,768,775 and a theoretical number of voting rights of 34,188,416.

The difference between these two figures is explained by the deduction of treasury shares in the calculation of the actual number of voting rights. This treatment complies with Article 223-11, paragraph 2, of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
