Quadient announced its H1 2026 results, highlighting a 13% rise in Digital ARR on an annualized organic basis. The free cash flow was robust at €34 million, a significant improvement from a negative €4 million in H1 2025. Revenues stood at €448 million, showing a slight 2% organic decline, with a reported drop of 3.7% year-on-year.
The company initiated the sale of its UK Lockers network for €65 million and plans to divest the remaining Lockers business, affecting the financial presentation due to IFRS 5 application. For FY 2026, Quadient maintains guidance excluding Lockers, expecting organic revenue changes between -3% and +1%, with Digital and Mail EBITDA margins above 19% and 24%, respectively.
