Quadient and Lush Cosmetics Streamline Accounts Payable with Automation Software
On March 31, 2026, Quadient, a global automation platform listed on Euronext Paris, announced its collaboration with Lush UK to enhance the cosmetics company's finance operations with its Accounts Payable (AP) automation software. This integration aims to modernize, streamline, and support Lush's growing finance operations by simplifying invoice processing and enhancing control.
Prior to adopting Quadient's solution, Lush used multiple systems for invoice processing and approvals, leading to inefficiencies. With Quadient AP automation, Lush now processes over 4,000 invoices monthly, cutting invoice processing times significantly. Non-purchase-order invoices are processed in 4 minutes, and purchase-order invoices in 2 to 3 minutes.
The updated system integrates seamlessly with Xero, consolidating legacy tools and enabling the automation of full invoice processing. This enhancement includes features like PO matching and automated data extraction, improving speed and security. The implementation also supports managing Goods Received Not Invoiced reporting and maintains stronger financial governance.
Quadient's involvement ensures a shift from fragmented workflows to an automated, data-driven approach, poised to support Lush's scaling finance operations. For more information, visit Quadient's website.
