Pyrum Innovations AG Announces Completion of Capital Increase

Pyrum Innovations AG has successfully completed a capital increase utilizing subscription rights with cash contributions from its authorized capital. The company increased its share capital by EUR 473,846, raising it from EUR 3,818,818 to EUR 4,292,664 through the issuance of 473,846 new shares. Existing shareholders subscribed for 451,846 shares, while an additional 22,000 shares were allocated to selected investors in a private placement at EUR 27.50 per share.

The capital increase generated approximately EUR 13.03 million in gross proceeds, with net proceeds of around EUR 12.8 million earmarked for investments in its Dillingen/Saar facility, strengthening the equity of its subsidiary GreenFactory II GmbH, and financing new joint ventures. Pyrum aims to list the new shares on the Frankfurt and Oslo Stock Exchanges on December 23, 2025. The registration for this capital increase is pending in the commercial register.
