PUMA Appoints Dennis Schroeder as Managing Director Europe
On May 21, 2026, PUMA announced the appointment of Dennis Schroeder as Managing Director Europe, starting August 17, 2026. Schroeder will report to Chief Commercial Officer Matthias Baeumer.
Schroeder has a strong international background, including roles at SNIPES and Nike. He most recently served as CEO of SNIPES, where he influenced the strategic direction and growth. Previously, he was General Manager at 11teamsports and held key account roles at Nike.
Schroeder will succeed Javier Ortega, with whom he will work closely to ensure a smooth transition.
Matthias Baeumer stated that Schroeder's brand expertise and experience make him well-suited to lead PUMA Europe. Schroeder expressed his excitement to return to PUMA, building on its global presence and heritage.
