Publicis Groupe Shareholders Approve Resolutions at 2026 AGM

On May 27, 2026, Publicis Groupe S.A. held its Combined General Shareholders’ Meeting in Paris, chaired by CEO Arthur Sadoun. The meeting was accessible via live webcast, achieving a quorum of 80.78%.
