Kalray, a pioneer in intelligent processors, has announced the total number of voting rights and shares in its capital as of December 31, 2024. The company, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has 10,775,595 shares and the same theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 10,750,681.

Kalray holds 24,914 treasury shares. No statutory clause imposes an obligation to declare a threshold crossing beyond the legal thresholds. The company thus continues to comply with the regulations in force.
