Publication of the 2026 Half-Year Financial Report of Française de l'Énergie

The French energy company FDE (Société Française de l'Énergie), a producer of low-carbon energy, has published its half-year financial report for the period ending December 31, 2025. This document, approved by the board of directors on March 30, 2026, has been submitted to the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The auditors expressed a qualified opinion on the recognition of €2,832,000 in revenue related to a co-development contract with Cryo Pur and Cemex, concluding that IFRS 15 criteria were not met.

This accounting treatment does not affect the Group's cash flow, as the payments have already been made. The project is progressing as expected, without impacting the economic fundamentals. The report is available on the Française de l'Énergie website in the "Investors" section.
