Publication of the 2025/2026 Universal Registration Document by Medincell

On July 28, 2026, Medincell announced the publication of its Universal Registration Document for the 2025/2026 fiscal year. This document, registered under number D.26-0554 with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), includes several key reports, notably the annual financial report, the management report, the CSR report, and the corporate governance report. It also includes draft resolutions for the Combined General Meeting of September 30, 2026.
