PSI Software SE Appoints New Supervisory Board Members
On September 2, 2026, PSI Software SE's Annual General Meeting elected new members to its Supervisory Board: Peter Walter Herweck, Max Fowinkel, and Michael Kunz. Herweck, with extensive experience in energy management and industrial automation, was named Chairman. His career includes roles at Schneider Electric SE and Siemens AG.
Max Fowinkel, a veteran from Warburg Pincus, brings his expertise in software and technology growth investments. Michael Kunz, with 35 years in tax advisory, has advised private equity firms and is a key figure at MK PE Consult GmbH.
The previous Chairman, Prof. Dr. Uwe Hack, and other board members resigned, prompting these new appointments. PSI Software SE continues to enhance its leadership to propel its mission of optimizing energy and material flows through innovative software solutions.
