PSI Group Faces Revenue Decline and Increased Transformation Costs in Q1 2026

PSI Group reported a slight revenue decline in Q1 2026, showing a 2.1% drop to 66.5 million euros compared to the previous year. Adjusted for the divestiture of the Mobility division, revenues saw a modest increase of 1.7%. The group's EBIT turned negative at −5.9 million euros, affected by costs related to product modernization and resilience. Net income also fell sharply to −7.4 million euros from a small profit of 0.3 million euros in the previous year.

The Process Industries & Metals segment was particularly hit, with revenues falling 24.4% due to a weak European steel market. Conversely, the Grid & Energy Management segment experienced growth, with revenues rising by 16.8% to 35.3 million euros despite an operating loss due to restructuring costs.

While the Discrete Manufacturing and Logistics segments showed mild revenue gains, they faced negative operating results, impacted by cloud and SaaS transformation expenses. Looking ahead, PSI targets a 10% growth in order intake and revenue for 2026, alongside an adjusted EBIT margin of 4%.
