PSI Software Forecasts Increased One-Time Expenses in 2025

PSI Software SE has announced expectations for significant one-time expenses in fiscal year 2025. These costs, arising from the investment agreement with Warburg Pincus and a public takeover offer, are expected to fall in the low double-digit million euro range. The announcement highlights that these expenses will affect both the unadjusted EBIT and consolidated net results. The financial support from Warburg Pincus will extend beyond existing credit lines to cover these costs.

Additionally, PSI plans to absorb approximately 12 million euros in expenses due to a cost reduction initiative in its Grid & Energy Management sector. Despite these financial burdens, the company anticipates a 10% rise in order intake and sales, aiming for an adjusted EBIT margin of 4% post-adjustment for one-time expenses.
