Provision of documents for the Poujoulat General Assembly
Poujoulat SA is preparing for its Combined General Meeting, scheduled for September 17, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., at its headquarters in Granzay-Gript. Shareholders are invited to this important meeting, which will take place in the ATRIUM of the Les Pierrailleuses Business Park.
A preliminary notice was published on August 12, 2026, followed by a correction on August 13. The documents required under Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code are available to shareholders. These documents are accessible from the notice of meeting and can be requested free of charge by registered shareholders. Shareholders may also consult these documents directly at the company's registered office.
