Provision of documents for the MBWS General Assembly
Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (MBWS), listed on Euronext Paris, announced on June 5, 2025, the availability of documents relating to its General Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2025. The event will take place in Paris's 15th arrondissement, at the Tripot Régnier. The documents include the agenda and draft resolutions, following an initial publication in the BALO on May 19, 2025.
A corrective notice will be issued on June 6, 2025. Preparatory documents are available on the MBWS website. Registered shareholders may request that the documents be sent to them under certain conditions, and consultations will be possible at the company's registered office before the Meeting.
