Provision of documents for the LDLC General Meeting

The LDLC Group announces that its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on September 25, 2026, in Limonest. The notice of meeting, detailing the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) in August and September. In accordance with the law, the preparatory documents are available at the Group's headquarters and on its website in the section dedicated to shareholders.

Shareholders can request the documents required by the French Commercial Code. However, this information is also available online. LDLC has also published a provisional schedule of its upcoming financial publications, extending to June 2027.
