Provision of documents for the Forsee Power AGM

Forsee Power announced on June 10, 2026, the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting of June 29, 2026. This meeting will be held in person at 10:00 a.m. at the company's headquarters in Ivry-sur-Seine. The notice of meeting, including the agenda and proposed resolutions, has been available since May 22, 2026, in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO).

The documents are available on the Forsee Power website, in the investor relations section. Shareholders have the option to vote by mail, by proxy, or to attend the meeting in person. They can also submit written questions before June 23, 2026, by providing proof of their shareholder status.
