Prodware provides information for the public delisting offer

On December 18, 2025, Prodware announced the availability of key documents concerning its public delisting offer. This offer, initiated by Phast Invest and presented by Degroof Petercam, proposes a price of €28 per ordinary share. It is scheduled to take place over a 10-day trading period, under the supervision of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

The financial, legal, and accounting information relating to Prodware has been filed with the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) and is available on the AMF and Prodware websites. The AMF has validated the offering's compliance with regulations under visa number 25-487.
