ProCredit Holding AG Announces Management Board Change

ProCredit Holding AG has reported a change in its Management Board, effective at the end of 2025. Dr. Gian Marco Felice will depart from the board by mutual agreement, as confirmed by the company's Supervisory Board. Dr. Felice has been integral to ProCredit's IT and group operations, holding supervisory roles across several affiliates.

The Supervisory Board expressed gratitude for Dr. Felice’s contributions over more than 23 years with the group, acknowledging his role in shaping its growth. Responsibilities held by Dr. Felice will be redistributed among remaining board members.
