Private individuals initiate a strategic reserve of Ethers
On May 19, 2025, Entreparticuliers announced the launch of an Ethereum purchase program worth one million euros. This program is funded by majority shareholder Stéphane Romanyszyn and runs from April 29 to May 29, 2025. This move marks the company's transformation into an Ethereum Treasury Company.
To continue building its strategic reserve, Entreparticuliers is working on structuring new financial instruments for professional investors. The company deliberately avoids using excessively dilutive tools, such as equity lines.
This initiative is conditional on the approval of certain resolutions at the General Meeting scheduled for June 18, with a capital contribution of up to one hundred and fifty million euros.
