Private Equity Holding AG Shareholders Approve Board Proposals
At the Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2025, in Zurich, shareholders of Private Equity Holding AG endorsed all proposals put forth by the Board of Directors. The approval covered the annual report, IFRS financial statements, and statutory financial statements for 2024/2025, with a near-unanimous 99.9% vote.
Shareholders discharged the Board for the financial year 2024/2025 with a 98.8% approval rate. Fidelis Götz was elected as chairman, while Martin Eberhard and Dr. Petra Salesny were re-elected to the Board with over 96% approval.
PricewaterhouseCoopers AG was confirmed as the statutory auditor. Shareholders also approved a CHF 1.00 per share distribution, divided between a dividend and capital repayment. Dr. Salesny opted out of her compensation as a board member.
