Private Equity Holding AG Reports Stable Net Asset Value for November 2025
On December 10, 2025, Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) announced that its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share as of November 30, 2025, was EUR 153.42 (CHF 143.00). This reflects a minor decline of 0.2% in EUR and an increase of 0.4% in CHF from the previous month. The stability in NAV is attributed to negative foreign exchange impacts balanced by favorable portfolio valuations.
The portfolio remained cash-flow positive, with EUR 3.7 million in distributions exceeding EUR 3.0 million in contributions. Significant income was received from the sale of Kingswood UK to Mattioli Woods and a partial sale of Shawbrook Bank during its IPO.
The portfolio includes direct co-investments and several private equity funds. Managed by Amundi Alpha Associates, PEH offers a diversified investment opportunity for institutional and private investors.
