Private Equity Holding AG Reports Slight NAV Decline

On June 12, 2025, Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) announced its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share was EUR 156.76 (CHF 146.38) as of May 31, 2025. This marks a decrease of 1.1% in EUR and 1.0% in CHF from April 30, 2025.

Despite facing challenges from valuation adjustments in several investments and adverse FX movements, some portfolio funds, such as Eagletree IV and Procuritas VII, recorded positive adjustments. However, these gains were insufficient to counter the negative impacts.

The portfolio maintained a positive cash flow. Total distributions reached EUR 3.2 million, in contrast to EUR 2.0 million contributed into the portfolio. Significant proceeds came from transactions by Eagletree III and Warburg Pincus XII.

The Annual General Meeting of PEH is scheduled for June 24, 2025, with details available on their website.
