Private Equity Holding AG Reports Net Asset Value for March 2026

As of March 31, 2026, Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) announced its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share at EUR 157.10 (CHF 145.23). This marks an increase of 2.9% in EUR and 4.7% in CHF since the end of February. However, it reflects a decrease of 3.1% in EUR for the 2025/2026 financial year. The positive performance in March was attributed to favorable FX movements and significant valuation adjustments in portfolio funds like Evolution Technology, Highland Europe III, and Pollen Street IV.

The company experienced a cash-flow positive month, with distributions totaling EUR 13.3 million, considerably surpassing the EUR 4.3 million paid into the portfolio. A notable exit was the sale of Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience management, contributing to these distributions. PEH plans to release its annual report on May 12, 2026.
