Private Equity Holding AG Reports April 2025 NAV

Zurich, May 15, 2025 - Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) announced its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share as of April 30, 2025, standing at EUR 158.45 (CHF 147.91), marking a decrease of 3.0% in EUR and 5.2% in CHF since March. This decline is primarily attributed to a strong depreciation of the USD following tariff announcements by President Trump on April 2.

Despite high volatility in public markets, PEH's investments remained stable in their original currencies. Notably, positive portfolio contributions came from funds including TA Associates XIV and Mid Europa Fund IV.

During the month, the portfolio was cash-flow negative, with EUR 2.3m distributed and EUR 5.2m paid in. PEH also committed CAD 8.0m to a Canadian fund targeting mid-market buyouts and growth equity investments.
