Private Equity Holding AG Reports Increased Net Asset Value
As of September 30, 2026, Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) reported a Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of EUR 160.61 (CHF 152.22). This marks a 0.9% increase in EUR and a 1.9% increase in CHF since August 31, 2026.
PEH's positive portfolio performance in September was attributed mainly to favorable foreign exchange movements and contributions from select holdings, including Eagletree IV and Pelion VI. The portfolio was cash flow positive, with total distributions amounting to EUR 8.4 million compared to EUR 6.4 million paid in.
A noteworthy distribution was received from Highland Europe III following the sale of companies like Huel and Salsify. EagleTree IV also contributed significantly through proceeds from WaterFleet.
PEH is set to publish its semi-annual report on November 5, 2026.
