Private Equity Holding AG Reports August 2025 Net Asset Value
Zurich-based Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) reported its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share as of August 31, 2025, standing at EUR 153.55 (CHF 143.72). This marks a marginal decrease of 0.3% in EUR and a slight increase of 0.5% in CHF compared to the previous month. The performance of PEH’s portfolio was slightly positive due to valuation increases in funds like Highland Europe III and V, despite adverse foreign exchange impacts.
In August, the portfolio experienced negative cash flow. Distributions totaled EUR 0.2 million, while EUR 4.1 million was invested, primarily in Sycamore III. This investment supported the take-private of Walgreens Boots Alliance, which has been reorganized into five independent companies, including Walgreens and The Boots Group.
A significant distribution from Cinven VII originated from its stake in RB Europe, a major fast-food franchisee in Southern Europe. PEH continues to offer investors access to a diverse private equity portfolio managed by Amundi Alpha Associates.
