The Combined General Meeting of FREY will be held on June 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the company's registered office in Bezannes. The meeting notice, published on May 21, 2025, in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO), contains the agenda, the proposed resolutions, and the participation and voting procedures. Shareholders can consult this notice on the FREY website.

Preparatory documents are now available at the registered office or online. Shareholders may also request them in writing. Holders of bearer shares must provide proof of registration to access these documents.
