PREDILIFE raises €900,000

On December 10, 2025, Predilife, a company specializing in predicting disease risks using artificial intelligence, announced that it had raised approximately €900,000 through a public offering of convertible bonds. Launched on November 17, 2025, this offering aimed to raise a total of €1.5 million, with 60.5% of the target being subscribed.

The funds from the offering, approximately 800,000 euros after fees, will be used to support investments in artificial intelligence and business development until May 2026. The planned dilution shows a slight decrease in a shareholder's stake from 1% to 0.90% with the issuance of new shares.

Among the subscribers, Antoine Bricard and Ombline de Villèle, directors of Predilife, participated in this offering. Stéphane Ragusa, Chairman and CEO, also subscribed to a significant stake. This transaction strengthens Predilife's ability to pursue its medium-term strategic projects.
