Predictiv AI Secures Metrolinx Master Agreement

Predictiv AI Inc. has entered a Master Agreement with Metrolinx for on-demand transit software and services, effective October 26, 2026. This follows a competitive procurement process under the Transit Procurement Initiative Program, covering 43 transit agencies across Ontario. Predictiv AI aims to leverage this framework to expand its presence in Ontario's municipal transportation market.

Through its subsidiary Shift Technologies Canada Inc., Predictiv AI's cloud-based platform offers on-demand transit solutions, enabling passengers to book trips via digital and assisted channels. The platform supports features like automated dispatch and real-time fleet visibility, aiming to align transit services with community needs.

The agreement represents a key milestone for Predictiv AI's vision of intelligent public transportation solutions, facilitating potential long-term municipal relationships and software subscription opportunities throughout Ontario's transit network.
