PRECIA: Status of Shares and Voting Rights as of November 30, 2025
PRECIA has published its share capital and voting rights figures for the reference date of November 30, 2025. The company has 5,733,040 shares outstanding. In terms of theoretical voting rights, the total amounts to 8,677,120.
It should be noted that some shares are deprived of voting rights. Currently, 326,630 shares are held in registered treasury shares, while no shares are held in bearer treasury shares or in any other form.
