Pro Kapital Grupp Q2 Revenue Surge under PREATONI Group
PREATONI Group, an international entity in hospitality and real estate, announced a notable revenue increase for its subsidiary, Pro Kapital Grupp. Specializing in developments across the Baltic States, Pro Kapital reported €16.1 million in Q2 2025 revenue compared to €3.9 million in the previous year's Q2. This growth is primarily due to the completion and handover of apartments in the Kalaranna project in Tallinn, Estonia.
In the first half of 2025, Pro Kapital's revenue reached €28.5 million versus €6.9 million in H1 2024. Key projects include the ongoing construction in Kristiine City and new developments in Riga and Vilnius. Gross profit rose to €10.2 million and net income shifted from a €3 million loss in H1 2024 to a €6.2 million profit in H1 2025.
Operating cash flow also turned positive, totaling €8.5 million in H1 2025, marking significant financial improvement from 2024.
