PREATONI Group announces the 2025 annual results of Pro Kapital Grupp
On March 2, 2026, PREATONI Group published the preliminary financial results for 2025 for its subsidiary AS Pro Kapital Grupp. The group completed real estate projects in the Baltic countries, including in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius. In Tallinn, the White Building was completed, and several other projects are under development. In Riga, work continued on the Blue Marine project in the Kliversala district, while in Vilnius, the final phases of Šaltini? Namai Attico are nearing completion.
Financially, Pro Kapital saw a significant increase in revenue, rising from €18.2 million in 2024 to €53.2 million in 2025. Gross profit also increased, reaching €18.8 million, with a margin rate of 35%. Operating profit rose to €14.7 million, and net profit was positive at €12 million. Operating cash flow was positive at €10.8 million.
