POUJOULAT Company: Changes to Voting Rights in February 2026

POUJOULAT published information regarding the number of voting rights and shares as of February 28, 2026. The total number of shares comprising the capital remains constant at 7,836,000. However, the exercisable and theoretical voting rights have decreased slightly compared to the previous month.

As of January 31, 2026, the number of exercisable voting rights was 12,972,504, while the number of theoretical voting rights reached 12,983,594. For the following month, these figures increased to 12,931,151 and 12,942,954 respectively. These fluctuations are in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

The calculation of theoretical rights includes shares without voting rights, unlike exercisable rights which exclude them, in accordance with the recommendations of the AMF.
