Postponement of the publication of Showroomprivé's 2025 annual accounts
Showroomprivé has decided to postpone the publication of its 2025 annual accounts. Initially scheduled for March 25, 2026, this announcement has been postponed to April 29, 2026. This delay is necessary to allow the auditors to finalize the audit.
In parallel, the group will also communicate on the financial results for the first quarter of 2026. Showroomprivé, specializing in online flash sales, has thus chosen to group its financial communications for greater clarity.
With a gross business volume of nearly 900 million euros in 2025, the company wants to ensure greater transparency and rigor in its reports.
