Porsche has secured the top spot in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Initial Quality Study, with the Porsche 911 winning best overall model for the second consecutive year. This prestigious study evaluates customer-reported issues per 100 vehicles within the first 90 days of ownership across different aspects including driving experience and infotainment.

Porsche achieved a score of 138 Problems per Hundred Vehicles (PPH), a significant improvement from its previous 188 PPH. Dr. Michael Leiters, CEO of Porsche, emphasized that customer feedback is crucial in shaping product quality as a core strategy.

The company attributes its success to early integration of customer needs, global testing programs, and digital analysis. Christian Friedl, VP of Corporate Quality, affirmed Porsche's commitment to exceeding customer quality expectations worldwide.
