PolyPeptide Group's AGM 2026 Yields Broad Approvals
On April 8, 2026, PolyPeptide Group AG announced the successful results of its fifth annual General Meeting held in Zug, Switzerland. Attended by shareholders representing 80.85% of voting shares, the meeting saw all board proposals approved by significant majorities. Key re-elections included Peter Wilden as Chair and other board members for terms concluding in 2027. The statutory auditors and independent proxy were also re-elected.
Shareholders approved the financial statements and reports for 2025, discharging board and committee members for their activities in the year.
