Polaris Renewable Energy Secures New Credit Facility and Announces Executive Changes
Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. has secured a US$3.5 million working capital and a US$10.0 million letter of credit facility with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and Export Development Canada (EDC). This facility aims to enhance the company's liquidity as it expands in Latin America and the Caribbean. CIBC has been a lead banker for Polaris in Canada since 2015, while EDC has previously supported similar initiatives.
In executive changes, Anton Jelic, Polaris' CFO since 2018, will become Chief Administrative Officer, focusing on IT, AI, Human Resources, and Corporate Governance. Alba Seisdedos Ballesteros, formerly Vice President Legal & Taxation, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer, expanding her responsibilities to include financial reporting.
Polaris will also hold its Q3 2025 earnings conference call on October 30, 2025, at 10:00 am EST.
