PNE Group Secures Permits for German Wind Farms
PNE Group has received permits for the construction of two wind farms in Germany, expected to positively impact renewable energy production. The permits were granted in the fourth quarter of 2025 under the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG).
The upcoming 'Am Heilborn' wind farm in Thuringia will feature five Vestas V172 wind turbines, each with a nominal output of 7.2 MW, totaling 36 MW. Additionally, the repowering of the 'Hassendorf' wind farm in Lower Saxony allows for one more Vestas V150 wind turbine with a 6 MW output.
Together, the wind farms will have a total installed capacity of 54 MW, capable of supplying electricity to approximately 24,600 households annually. These projects are part of the PNE Group's strategy to expand its renewable energy portfolio in Germany.
