PNE AG Shareholders Approve Dividend at Annual Meeting

On May 13, 2025, PNE AG held its Annual General Meeting in Cuxhaven, where shareholders approved a total dividend of euro 0.08 per eligible share. This includes both a regular and a special dividend of euro 0.04 each. CEO Heiko Wuttke expressed optimism about the company’s future, highlighting the lack of barriers from the new German government on renewable energy expansion.

The meeting also saw unanimous approval for the actions of the Board and Supervisory Board. Dirk Simons was elected to the Supervisory Board with substantial support, and KPMG AG was confirmed as the auditor for the 2025 financial year. However, the proposal to create New Authorised Capital did not receive the necessary 75% vote. The meeting was conducted with personal attendance.
