Change in the Supervisory Board at PNE AG
PNE AG has announced an upcoming change in the Supervisory Board's chairmanship, expected to take place on 20 May 2026. This development follows the decision of CFO Harald Wilbert to step down from his role for personal reasons at the end of 5 June 2026. The Supervisory Board approved his departure, leading to an interim appointment process.
Dirk Simons is set to join the Board of Management from 20 May 2026, assuming the CFO role until 19 May 2027. With this appointment, Simons will not continue as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Marcel Egger, a current board member, is willing to take over the chairmanship, pending his election by the board.
These changes depend on agreements with the involved parties and the necessary approvals from relevant bodies.
