PNE AG Announces CFO Departure: Harald Wilbert Steps Down
PNE AG has announced that CFO Harald Wilbert will step down from the Board of Management by mutual agreement, effective 5 June 2026. Wilbert, who has served as CFO since April 2024, cited personal reasons for his departure. Although initially set to continue his role until March 2028, Wilbert will leave PNE on 30 September 2026.
The Supervisory Board, led by Chairman Dirk Simons, expressed regret over Wilbert's decision but acknowledged his contributions to the company's ongoing transformation. Simons is set to assume the CFO role on an interim basis. His experience includes positions as CFO at RWE Innogy GmbH and VORN Bioenergy GmbH, ensuring a seamless transition for PNE AG.
Should Simons take on this role, Marcel Egger has shown readiness to chair the Supervisory Board, promoting stability within PNE AG's governance structures.
