Intrasense and Guerbet announce PMDA certification in Japan for DUOnco™ Pancreas. This AI software assists radiologists in analyzing contrast-enhanced CT scans of the pancreas. This certification marks the first pancreas-focused AI software to be certified in Japan.
Pancreatic cancer is a major challenge, particularly in Japan, with high incidence and mortality rates. Early detection is crucial but often difficult.
