Pluxee's Q3 2026 Performance Meets Expectations Amid Challenges
In its Q3 Fiscal 2026 report, Pluxee achieved results aligning with expectations, reinforcing its financial goals despite challenging conditions. The company reported a total revenue of €312 million, reflecting a 3.3% organic decline. Factors include regulatory changes in Brazil and European economic challenges. Although operating revenue dropped by 4.1% organically, float revenue increased by 2.8%, driven by positive volume and investment effects.
Pluxee saw an 8.0% organic growth in Employee Benefits, a key sector, but Other Products & Services faced a 15.5% decline. Regionally, Latin America's growth was impacted by Brazil's regulatory cap. Despite these setbacks, Pluxee's solid fundamentals and strategic execution bolster confidence in achieving full-year targets.
CEO Aurélien Sonet emphasized the importance of supporting clients with evolving workplace needs and reaffirmed the company's commitment to sustained growth beyond fiscal 2026.
