Pluxee N.V. Liquidity Contract Report for December 2025
On January 8, 2026, Pluxee N.V. released its half-year liquidity contract report. As of December 31, 2025, the account held 223,196 ordinary shares and €6,037,935 in cash. During the last six months of 2025, Pluxee purchased 444,312 shares for €7,487,635 across 2,720 transactions, while disposing of 416,717 shares for €7,066,172 in 2,358 transactions.
The liquidity contract, handled with BNP Paribas, was suspended from October 31, 2025, to make way for a €100 million share buyback program set to conclude by June 30, 2026. As of June 30, 2025, Pluxee held 198,165 shares and €6,347,475. Since February 2024, the initial contract contained an asset of €10 million.
