Amdocs has been selected by Smart Communications Inc., a PLDT subsidiary, to transform its retail operations. The initiative centers on Store Genie, an AI-driven solution aimed at enhancing customer engagement. This development aligns with Smart's strategy of integrating AI into retail workflows, promising efficiency and scalability across its operations.

Store Genie operates on Amdocs' Cognitive Core, built on the aOS platform, and leverages AWS cloud infrastructure. This setup aims to streamline Smart's customer interactions by offering real-time issue resolution and reducing process times. Early deployment results show a high success rate in addressing customer requests autonomously.

Eden Techico from Smart highlights that this collaboration shifts from isolated solutions to comprehensive AI integration, facilitating consistent customer engagements.
