The Plastivaloire Group transfers its listing to Euronext Growth

On April 8, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Plastivaloire Group decided to transfer the listing of its shares from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth. This decision follows the approval of the Annual General Meeting of March 31, 2026. This transfer, subject to the agreement of Euronext Paris, will take place without the issuance of new shares. The aim is to reduce the constraints of the regulated market by opting for a simplified operation. Admission to Euronext Growth Paris is scheduled for early June 2026.
