OPmobility's Half-Year Liquidity Contract Update
On June 30, 2025, OPmobility reported details of its liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux. As of this date, the liquidity account held 353,961 shares and €340,405.78 in cash. The first half of 2025 saw 1,804 purchase transactions totaling 377,803 shares at €3,931,379.57, and 1,601 sales transactions totaling 370,219 shares at €3,893,051.97.
Compared to December 31, 2024, when the account had 346,377 shares and €376,427.33 in cash, there has been a decrease in cash but an increase in shares. Transactions in the second half of 2024 involved fewer purchases and sales but similar volumes. Originally, the contract started with €3,000,000 and no shares.
This financial activity follows AMF decision n°2021-01, ensuring regulated market practices.
