PLANT ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES: Uncertain Half-Year Results for 2026
Plant Advanced Technologies (PAT) reported revenue of €138,406 for the first half of 2026, down from €154,981 for the same period in 2025. Operating income improved from -€412,193 to -€199,861. However, the company emphasizes the seasonal nature of its sales, and its R&D revenue is not included in this figure, in accordance with French accounting standards.
In the cosmetics sector, PAT has optimized its facilities in Lorraine and Réunion. In pharmaceuticals, its subsidiary Temisis has launched studies on a new mode of action. In agrochemicals and nutraceuticals, several projects are underway, with launches planned for 2028.
The financial situation remains strained, with reduced but persistent debt, exacerbated by the termination of a distribution contract with a strategic partner. PAT had, in fact, invested heavily with little return on investment, causing financial difficulties.
Since July 16, 2026, PAT has been under court-ordered restructuring. Its future depends on the creation of a viable continuation plan supported by new partnerships in the cosmetics and nutraceutical sectors. The court will decide on the future of its operations if this plan fails.
