The new plan delivers 100% certified renewable energy combined with premium app benefits.
Benefits include a complimentary NEO Premium, a free eSIM, payment flexibility, and VIP support. Users also get entries into the "Wheel of Watt" sweepstakes. Current users gain 240 kWh of free electricity and a loyalty bonus redeemable via the app. Despite lacking a price guarantee, the plan locks customers in for twelve months.
